We are very excited to introduce The Madeline, our newest property. Because The Madeline community is so large, we are overjoyed to be able to welcome over 100 new students to the foundation. We welcome four wonderful new teachers and eight assistants to its resource room where we're excited to introduce the children of The Madeline community with a newfound perspective on learning and the opportunity for them to succeed and benefit from the foundation.

This recently acquired asset consists of 71 apartment units with one, two and three bedroom floorplans, as well as townhouse style units.  This well located building is situated in North Dallas, located within minutes of Downtown Dallas, Plano, and DFW.  It is also located in the highly sought after Richardson school district. Forty students residing here at 14000 Maham Rd. are currently benefiting from the foundation in Its resource room where two qualified teachers participate in tutoring and mentoring the kids every day after school.

This 88 unit apartment building is under our property management.  Located in the historic West Adams district of Los Angeles, it is centrally located to downtown Los Angeles, Koreatown, Culver City, U.S.C. and the Westside. Just off of the 10 freeway, this property allows for easy access to Los Angeles. Our and two new teachers are ready and eager to introduce their students to the program when the resource room opens in August of 2009. The students couldn't be any more excited or enthusiastic about the opening of the resource room at their property and can't wait to start taking advantage of the benefits the foundation has to offer when they come home from school.
